We’ve gathered answers to the most common questions to help you understand our services and make the most of your experience with us.

No, our Hub service is a convenience offered to the entire community. You do not need to be a pharmacy patient to have your packages delivered here for pickup.

You will need the unique pickup code that Amazon sends to your email address once the package is delivered to our pharmacy. Simply show our team member the code from your phone or a printout.

Amazon determines the pickup window for all Hub orders. Please check the delivery confirmation email you receive from them, as it will specify the last day for pickup.

No, there is no fee to use our location as your Amazon Hub Pickup point. This is a complimentary service to make your errands a little easier.

You can pick up your packages anytime during our regular pharmacy hours. Our Santa Ana location is open Mon-Fri 9am-6pm and Sat 10am-2pm. Our Westminster location is open Mon-Fri 9:30am-6pm and Sat 10am-3pm. Both locations are closed on Sundays.
